NEW DELHI, DEC 16 (UNI):- Soldiers carrying the victory flames, Swarnim Vijay Mashaal, which was lit-up by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, marking the beginning of Golden Jubilee of Indias victory over Pakistan in Indo-Pak War, at the National War Memorial in New Delhi on Wednesday. These four Mashaals will be carried to various parts of the country including to villages of Param Vir Chakra and Maha Vir Chakra Awardees of 1971 War.
