Dubai, Sept 17 (IBNS) West Indies' Shivnarine Chanderpaul has returned to the top three of the Reliance ICC Player Rankings for Test Batsmen following a stellar performance against Bangladesh in the second Test in St Lucia, which finished on Tuesday.
