Dubai, Jan 19 (IBNS) England and the West Indies will start as favourites to advance to the Super League Stage from Group C at the expense of Zimbabwe and debutant Fiji in the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup 2016, which will be played in Bangladesh from Jan 27 to Feb 14.
