Dubai, July 15 (IBNS) The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Tuesdsay said England pacer James Anderson has been charged under Level 3 of the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel by India team manager Sunil Dev following an alleged incident that took place on the second day of the first cricket Test at Trent Bridge.
