Gangtok/IBNS: A stadium named after former Indian footballer Bhaichung Bhutia is going to be inaugurated in Namchi, some twenty-five kilometres away from the maestro's birthplace, Tinkitam in the district of South Sikkim, after the the spread of Covid-19 is stemmed.
