Kolkata/IBNS: Kashmiri pro-golfer Kshitij Naveed Kaul bagged his second PGTI title with an ‘ice-cool’ even-par 72 during the ICC RCGC Open Golf Championship 2021 at The Royal Calcutta Golf Club (RCGC) on Sunday.
