Pune, Mar 7 (IBNS) Speaking at the valedictory function of the 10-day Workshop on Film Preservation and Restoration, organized by the National Film Archive of India (NFAI),Secretary, Information & Broadcasting, Sunil Arora, said on Sunday that skill upgradation in the film restoration field was crucial to implementing the ambitious National Film Heritage Mission.
