Mali: Ban voices 'outrage' as UN peacekeeper killed in second deadly attack this month

New York, Oct 9 (IBNS): Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon voiced outrage on Wednesday at a fatal attack against United Nations peacekeepers in Mali the second in less than a week – that left one “blue helmet” dead and wounded another, while the UN peacekeeping chief urged Malian parties to make a "credible effort" to reach a peace accord.
