New York, Oct 15 (IBNS): Belgium needs to develop an inclusive national vision and action on the issue of foreign fighters at federal, regional and local levels, the United Nations Working Group on the use of mercenaries said on Friday following a five-day visit to the European nation.

New York, July 24 (IBNS) The United Nations expert group on the use of mercenaries on Thursday convened a discussion at UN Headquarters in New York to address the issue of the increasing activity of foreign fighters – particularly towards understanding their motivations – and its impact on human rights.
