Libya: UN report details serious human rights abuses in Tripoli, Benghazi

New York, Sept 5 (IBNS) Citing indiscriminate violence by armed fighters in Libya and grave abuses by all sides in the conflict, a new United Nations report out on Thursday warns that serious human rights violations are taking place in the country’s two largest cities, Tripoli and Benghazi, with dire consequences for civilians and civilian infrastructure.
