Ban urges 'dialogue and diplomacy' by both India and Pakistan to de-escalate tensions

New York, Oct 1(Just Earth News): United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is deeply concerned over the significant increase in tensions between India and Pakistan in the wake of recent developments, particularly the reported ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LoC) following an attack on an Indian army base in Uri on 18 September.
