New York, Sept 25 (IBNS) Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon joined the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees on Thursdayin welcoming a decision by the European Union (EU) to increase resources for humanitarian assistance to countries neighbouring war-ravaged Syria.
