Ottawa/IBNS: The second federal budget with a multi-billion dollar plan was tabled on Thursday by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Chrystia Freeland outlining how the federal Liberals propose to uplift the Canadian economy amidst rising inflation.
