New York , July 17 (IBNS) A United Nations peacekeeping mission in Somalia would be a "high-risk undertaking," considering the threats posed by Al-Shabaab militants and despite advances made by the African Union Mission in the country (AMISOM), a senior UN official told the Security Council today.
