Kabul, Sept 8 (IBNS):  United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres announced on Saturday the appointment of Ingrid Hayden of Australia as his Deputy Special Representative (Political) for the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA).
