Marc Garneau hopes Canada would consider invoking federal Emergencies Act to limit travel

Ottawa/IBNS: As the federal government is actively discussing further measures to limit travel owing to the rise in COVID-19 cases, Canada's Foreign Affairs Minister Marc Garneau said that he hopes that the federal government would consider invoking the Emergencies Act to limit travel.
