US charges Chinese Hytera telecom company with conspiring with ex-Motorola staff to steal technology

Washington: A federal indictment was unsealed today in the Northern District of Illinois, charging China-based telecommunications company, Hytera, with conspiracy to commit theft of trade secrets.
