New UN appointments announced for political affairs, civil aviation

New York, Mar 13 (IBNS): The United Nations International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) has appointed Fang Liu of China to head up the Montreal-based agency, while Secretary-GeneralBan Ki-moon has appointed Miroslav Jenca of Slovakia as Assistant Secretary-General for Political Affairs.
