New York, May 25(Just Earth News): Protecting cultural diversity is vital for peacebuilding in the Middle East, the head of the United Nations cultural agency said on Wednesday, pledging solidarity with the victims of ethnic and religious violence in the region, and highlighting the need for both ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ power.
