On slavery remembrance day, UN chief shines a light on African diaspora's legacy

New York, Mar 26 (Just Earth News/IBNS):United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Friday highlighted the African diaspora's contributions to society, including culture, medicine, science and spirituality, as the global community gathered to honour the millions of Africans forcibly exploited by slavery.
