UN food aid reaches besieged Syrian city of Deir Ezzor by air

New York, Apr 11 (Just Earth News/IBNS): In a boost to international humanitarian efforts in Syria, the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) on Sunday delivered aid by air for hungry people trapped in the besieged eastern city of Deir Ezzor, an area controlled by Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL/Da'esh).
