New York, July 6 (Just Earth News): The World Health Organization (WHO) Representative for Haiti, Jean-Luc Poncelet on Tuesday stressed that vaccines along with water chlorination programmes, and longer-term efforts to improve water and the overall health system are vital to fight the prevalence of cholera in the country.
