13 journalists die of Covid in Nepal, over 750 affected
Thirteen journalists have died while over 750 mediapersons contracted Covid-19 in Nepal till date, according to the Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ).
The FNJ, an umbrella organization of journalists/media workers in the Himalayan nation, urged all journalists to acknowledge the intensity of the ongoing crisis and its probable health risks.
In a statement, the organization also called upon the journalists not to neglect personal health and safety, The Himalayan Times reported.
