Afghanistan: 2 killed in Helmand suicide attack
Helmand , Apr 24 (IBNS) At least two people were killed and equal number of people were injured in a suicide bombing in Afghanistan's Helmand province on Sunday, media reports said.
A presidential advisor survived the attack.
Omar Zwak, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News the blast took place in Garmser district centre at around 1pm when a convoy of presidential advisor Saleh Mohammad Safari was passing through the area.
Saleh Mohammad Safari remained unhurt int he attack.
