Kabul, Dec 24 (IBNS): At least two ISIS militants were killed in a drone strike carried out by the US government in Afghanistan's Nangarhar province, local Khaama Press reported.

The airstrike was carried out on Friday in the province's Haska Mina district.

The ISIS is yet to comment on the report.

Drone strike and other operations against terrorists are carried out by both the US and local government in Afghanistan as a pact to end terrorism in the region.

Even with the operations in full swing, Afghanistan witnesses terror on a regular basis.
