Bangladesh: 5 suspected militants arrested
The militants reportedly belong to Harkat-Ul-Jihad group.
“They are all aides of Huji chief Mufti Mainul Islam,” Mufti Mahmud Khan, director of Rapid Action Battalion’s media wing was quoted as saying by The Daily Star.
According to reports, Twelve improvised explosives (IED), two pistols, nine magazines, 167 rounds of ammunition, and religiously inciting books were recovered from the arrested people.
