Bangladesh: Two women die as vehicle drops into roadside ditch

Dhaka: Two women died and 25 others were hurt as a vehicle in which they were travelling fell into a  roadside ditch in Bangladesh capital Dhaka on Saturday.

The accident occurred on Saturday morning on the Kauliapara-Kalampur Road in the Khagurta area, Sub Inspector Ashraful Islam from Dhamrai Police Station told bdnews24.

The deceased people were identified as Aklima, 35, and Suraiya, 30.

The bus was taking workers from Saturia to the Pratik Ceramics Factory in Shombhag Union, the sub inspector said.
