China capable of 'doing anything' to inflict 'damage' to international economy: Ex-Australian MP

| @indiablooms | Apr 05, 2021, at 06:00 pm

Former Australian Liberal MP Michael Kroger has slammed China and said the country is capable of “doing anything” to inflict more "damage" to international economies.

“Look at the damage, albeit completely different and a much more minor scale … that they’ve worked on Australian businesses in the wine industry, the tourism industry, the seafood industry … so they’ve rigged huge damage on Australia with those trade boycotts,” he told Sky News.

“Why wouldn’t they think about doing something else to the rest of the world – it’s damaged the international economies immeasurably," the MP said.

“I will say that people will never trust a repressive communist regime like China or North Korea – they’re capable of doing anything," he said.
