Explosions rock Jakarta, suicide bomber, policeman killed
Jakarta, May 24 (IBNS): Two bomb explosions, suspected to be carried out by a suicide attacker, rocked Indonesian capital Jakarta on Wednesday which led to the death of a policeman and left five others injured, media reports said.
According to The Jakarta Post, two explosions erupted at a Transjakarta bus stop nearby the Kampung Melayu bus terminal in East Jakarta on Wednesday evening.
The suicide bomber has also been killed in the blast.
Initially the explosion was considered as a blast but police later suspected it as a suicide bombing.
Five other policemen have also injured.
