Mosul: Iraqi forces storm airport
Mosul, Feb 23 (IBNS): In an attempt to retake Mosul from so-called Islamic State militants, Iraqi forces have attacked the airport in the city, media reports said on Friday.
"Iraqi security forces have launched an attack on Mosul airport in their bid to retake the city from so-called Islamic State (IS) militants," BBC reported.
A nearby military camp has been attacked by the forces, reports said.
