Pakistan PM to visit Bahrain tomorrow

Islamabd, Jan 6 (IBNS): Pakistan prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will visit Bahrain on Wednesday.

Sharif will be accompanied by a high-level delegation during a his two-day visit to the nation.

"At the invitations of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and His Royal Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, Prime Minister of Bahrain, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mr. Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, will visit Bahrain on 7-8 January 2015. The Prime Minister will be accompanied by a high-level delegation," Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.

"During the visit, the Prime Minister will have meetings with the King and his counterpart besides calls on him by select Ministers of Bahrain. The delegation-level talks and tête-à-tête with the King will focus on further enhancement of bilateral relations in various fields, including energy cooperation, manpower employment, trade and investment, and defence," it said.
