Damascus, Jan 8 (IBNS): At least 23 people have been reportedly killed in a blast in Syria's Idlib city, reports said.
Idlib, which shares its border with Turkey, is a major rebel stronghold.
According to UK based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the blast took place near the headquarters of a rebel group.
The watchdog reported that at least seven out of the 23 deceased were civilians.
The rebels are forces opposing President Bashar al-Assad and an offensive launched by the Syrian army last year.
