Turkey: Car bomb attack kills 3

Şükürlü, Aug 15 (IBNS) At least three people were killed in a car bomb attack in Turkey's Diyarbakir province on Monday, media reports said.

According to reports, the deceased included two police officers and a child.

"Two police officers and a child were killed in an outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) car bomb attack targeting a traffic police station in the Åžükürlü village located between the Çınar and the Bismil districts of the southeastern province of Diyarbakır on Aug.  15," Hurriyet Daily News reported quoting the Diyarbakır Governor’s Office.

The injured people were shifted to the hospital.
