Turkish mine accident kills four
Istanbul, May 13 (IBNS): At least four miners are feared dead in a blast and fire at a Turkish mine on Tuesday, media reports said.
Several workers were reportedly present in the mine when the mishap occurred.
"The incident involved an explosion in a transformer," Energy Minister Taner Yildiz was quoted as saying by CNN.
Rescue teams have reached the spot.
"The rescue teams are very experienced," Yildiz told the channel.
