The White House has unveiled the first official portrait of US First Lady Melania Trump.

In the Black-and-White image, Trump could be seen wearing a blacksuit.

With a window in the backdrop, the Washington Monument could be seen in the rearview.

Sharing the image on her X page, FLOTUS wrote, "First Lady Melania Trump’s Official White House Portrait."

Unlike her 2025 portrait, the first lady's 2017 photo was in color and featured a close-up of her face, reported CBS News.

According to reports, the photograph was taken by Belgian photographer Régine Mahaux.

Mahaux had also photographed her 2017 image.

As per The White House Historical Association, the portrait of  Martha Washington, wife of the 1st President of the United States George Washington, was painted oil on canvas.

US President Donald Trump's inauguration took place on January 20.
