Apple to launch iPhone 7 next week?

New Delhi, Aug 31 (IBNS): Tech giant Apple has announced the date for the release of its newest iPhone.

It is likely to be launched on Sept 7.

"Apple has sent out media invitations for an event next week, where it is widely expected to unveil its next flagship handset - the iPhone 7," mirror.co.uk reported.

The Apple website also posted a message which read: "See you on the 7th."

It said: "Join us here on September 7 at 10 a.m. PDT to watch the keynote live."
