Bandhan Bank on Tuesday announced a strategic partnership with Centrum Finverse Limited, a full-service brokerage firm under the Centrum Group, to introduce a unified 3-in-1 account offering that integrates banking, demat, and trading services on a single platform.

The collaboration aims to simplify the investment journey for customers and encourage greater participation in India’s rapidly growing financial markets.

Seamless Digital Investment Experience

The integrated solution will enable customers to open and manage their banking, demat, and trading accounts through a streamlined, paperless process. The service will be supported by Bandhan Bank’s extensive branch network along with its digital banking platforms.

Customers will gain access to a wide range of investment products, including equities, initial public offerings (IPOs), derivatives, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and indices. The platform will also offer advanced trading features such as chart-based execution, algorithmic strategies, and margin leverage facilities.

Strengthening Financial Inclusion and Market Access

By combining Centrum Finverse’s technology-led investment platform with Bandhan Bank’s strong retail banking franchise, the partnership aims to deliver a secure, intuitive, and customer-centric investment experience.

India’s investment landscape is witnessing strong momentum, with rising retail participation and rapid digital adoption. The 3-in-1 offering is designed to meet this growing demand by providing customers with an integrated and efficient way to manage both banking and investment needs.

Leadership Commentary

Commenting on the partnership, Partha Pratim Sengupta, Managing Director and CEO of Bandhan Bank, said: "At Bandhan Bank, our endeavour has always been to make financial services more accessible, inclusive and convenient for our customers. This partnership with Centrum Finverse is a significant step in that direction, as it brings together trusted banking with seamless investment access on a one-stop platform. As more Indians participate in wealth creation journeys, we believe such integrated solutions will play a key role in empowering customers across geographies with the confidence and tools to invest and grow their savings."

Jaspal Bindra, Executive Chairman of Centrum Group, said: "This partnership reflects our commitment to democratizing investment opportunities. By integrating our expertise with Bandhan Bank’s customer-first approach, we are creating a powerful platform that simplifies the investment journey while ensuring security and service excellence."
