Global crude oil price of Indian Basket was US$ 31.06 per bbl on Monday

New Delhi, Feb 9 (IBNS) The international crude oil price of Indian Basket, as computed/published on Tuesday by Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC), Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, was US$ 31.06 per barrel (bbl) on Monday.
Since Oman and Dubai prices were not available due to holiday in Singapore on Monday due to the Chinese Lunar New Year, PPAC could not derive the price of Indian Basket Crude oil. Therefore, it considered the price of Indian basket as of Feb 5.
 
 In rupee terms, the price of Indian Basket increased to Rs 2106.17 per bbl on Feb 8 compared to Rs 2100.50 per bbl on Feb 5. 
 
The Indian Rupee closed weaker at Rs 67.82 per US$ on Monday as against Rs 67.64 per US$ on Feb 5.
