Global crude oil price of Indian Basket was US$ 37.10 per bbl on Monday

New Delhi, Mar 29 (IBNS) The international crude oil price of Indian Basket as published on Tuesday by Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas was US$ 37.10 per barrel (bbl) on Monday.
According to PPAC, due to holiday in UK on Monday, the quotes for Brent were not available. Since Brent prices were not available, the price of Indian Basket Crude oil could not be derived. Also Brent, Oman & Dubai prices were not available due to holiday on Friday, the price of Indian Basket Crude oil could not be derived. Therefore, price of Indian Basket as ofThursday has been considered. 
 
In rupee terms, the price of Indian Basket decreased to Rs 2473.36 per bbl on Mondaycompared to Rs 2480.63 per bbl on Friday. Rupee closed at Rs 66.67 per US$ on Monday.
