Indian Market: Sensex improves 42.28 pts
Mumbai, Dec 9 (UNI) The benchmark index of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Monday registered a small gains of 42.28 points to 40,487.43 following gains in Energy, Metal, Auto and Oil and Gas stocks.
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) too moved up by 15.45 points to 11,936.95.
The Sensex registered day's high and low at 40,645.63 and 40,336.56 points respectively.
The Nifty recorded day's high and low at 11,981.95 and 11,888 points respectively.
