Indian IT services major Infosys has signed a 10-year strategic agreement with Crocs, Inc., the global casual footwear company, to accelerate the retailer's enterprise-wide digital transformation through AI-first technologies.

Under the long-term partnership, Infosys will deploy its AI-first platforms to modernise Crocs' core business and IT systems, helping the company simplify operations, reduce costs and build a scalable technology foundation for future growth.

As consumer expectations continue to evolve and the retail landscape becomes increasingly competitive, Crocs is investing in a resilient digital infrastructure to support sustainable global expansion.

Through the collaboration, Infosys will deliver scalable solutions across enterprise IT and business operations, aimed at improving agility, streamlining processes and enabling real-time, data-driven decision-making. The initiative is expected to eliminate operational silos, unify enterprise data and enhance innovation, efficiency, responsiveness and customer experience.

The transformation will also help Crocs address key industry challenges, including rising operating costs, inconsistent business processes and the growing need for organisational agility. By standardising operations, the company aims to respond more effectively to changing consumer preferences and market dynamics.

"As our organization reimagines its IT landscape, we sought a collaborator who could combine deep domain expertise with a commitment to innovation and operational excellence," said Tom Britt, Chief Information Officer at Crocs, Inc.

"By leveraging Infosys' proven delivery frameworks and advanced automation capabilities, we will optimize operations, reduce costs and scale responsibly, while driving continuous improvement and building a foundation for sustainable growth and digital resilience that positions Crocs, Inc. for the future," Britt added.

Karmesh Vaswani, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Consumer, Retail & Logistics at Infosys, said the retail industry is at a pivotal moment as AI-driven innovation reshapes business operations.

"Crocs, Inc. is making a bold commitment to digital transformation. We are proud to collaborate with a global footwear leader that is willing to reimagine its operations from the ground up. Our AI-first approach will unlock value across Crocs' global operations, accelerate innovation and support profitable growth in a rapidly evolving retail landscape," he said.
