Lava launches phone supporting 22 official Indian languages

New Delhi /Kolkata, Mar 30 (IBNS) Lava International Limited on Wednesday announced the launch of KKT Ultra+ Union, the first of its kind feature phone in the Indian mobile handset market, which supports 22 official Indian languages.

The phone is designed with an aim to minimize the communication gap, arising due to language barriers, between people belonging to different parts of the country.

With KKT Ultra+ Union, one can now express oneself with ease to their near and dear ones in the language of their choice. Competitively priced at Rs. 1500, the users will be able to send and receive SMS in all 22 languages.

Apart from English the other Indian languages include: Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Dogri, Gujarati, Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Maithili, Manipuri, Malayalam, Marathi, Nepali, Oriya, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Santali, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.

Committed to offer unique and pioneering products, Lava International launched KKT Ultra+ Union to unite our diverse nation through the thread of regional languages.

The device offers a big screen of 2.4 inch and comes with an in-built dual-SIM slot, with GSM operating frequency. It offers 1750 mAh Li-ion battery with talk time of 18hrs along with a VGA camera.

KKT Ultra + Union is equipped with a hassle-free wireless FM support suited to the needs of music lovers along with an Audio/Video playback option enabled through a 3.5 mm Audio Jack. Moreover, with the dual charging facility, the phone can be charged with both a thin pin charger and a USB cable. The call features offer the options of hands free mode and auto redial as well. In terms of connectivity , the phone comes with Bluetooth functionality.
