Tata Motors to roll-out free check-up camp for passenger vehicles in monsoon

Kolkata/Mumbai, July 11 (IBNS): Tata Motors on Monday announced the roll out of the nationwide free monsoon check-up camp for its passenger vehicle customers.

Scheduled to be held from July 15-21, across 533 workshops in 285 cities, this service camp will cater to all Tata Motors’ passenger car and utility vehicle owners.

Customers can avail of free car check-up and exciting discounts of up to 20% on Tata Motors original parts and labour charges.

The company has associated with over 20 suppliers who will offer a discount of up to 10% on accessories, lubricants and other value added services.

Commenting on the initiative, Dinesh Bhasin, Head- Customer Support, Passenger Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors said, “At Tata Motors, we aim to enhance the service experience to ensure we provide our customers best-in-class service. We understand our customer requirements and hence are rolling out the monsoon service check-up camp, an initiative to build a strong bond with our valuable customers and offer them hassle-free car ownership during the monsoons. We look forward to rolling out many more such customer centric initiatives in the future.”

During the monsoon checkup camp customer can avail of host of benefits offered on tyres and batteries, apart from labour, lubes, parts and safe monsoon driving tips.

These offers will be accompanied by other benefits including a free top wash, 40-point comprehensive vehicle check-up, upto INR 1000 off on battery replacement (inclusive of buy back) and special offers on roadside assistance policy.

An added benefit includes a referral scheme for customers where they can refer a friend and win attractive offers on service during their subsequent visit. At the camp, customers can also equip themselves with important information on preventing their cars from being affected by the monsoon.

At select workshops, customers can test drive the new generation cars from Tata Motors – the dynamic hatchback - TIAGO, the stylish compact sedan - Zest and the sporty hatchback - Bolt. Furthermore, all cars and UVs coming to the workshops will be evaluated and their current car valuation will be provided.

A good exchange bonus will also be offered to prospective customers. Additionally, on-spot loan approvals will also be provided to the customers, on special rates of interest, on case-to-case basis.
