Tenure of LC Goyal as CMD of India Trade Promotion Organization extended
The Union government has extended the tenure of LC Goyal as Chairman and Managing Director of India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) for one year, according to a recent release.
He has been holding the post since September, 2015. The extension is valid till September 1,, 2021.
Goyal, a 1979 batch retired IAS officer of Kerala cadre, served as the Union Home Secretary in 2015 apart from holding several key positions in the Union government and Kerala.
