5.8 earthquake hits Japan
Tokyo, Apr 18 (IBNS): An earthquake measuring 5.8 on the Richter Scale hit Japan on Monday, officials said.
The epicentre of the quake was located at 33 degrees north latitude and 131.2 degrees east longitude and at a depth of 10 kms.
It hit Kumamoto-ken Aso-chiho region in the country.
No casualty has been reported so far.
