Eight more dengue patients recorded in past 24 hours in Bangladesh

Dhaka: At least eight more people were hospitalized due to dengue fever in Bangladesh in the past 24 hours.

Of the new patients, three were admitted to hospitals in Dhaka and the rest outside it, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) as quoted by UNB.

Thirty-two dengue patients, including 14 in the capital, are currently undergoing treatment in hospitals.

So far, the DGHS has recorded 727 dengue cases, 686 recoveries, and nine deaths this year.
