India records 20,557 new COVID-19 cases in past 24 hours

New Delhi: India registered 20,557 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours as the daily positivity rate now stands at 4.13 percent, as per data released by the Ministry of Health on Wednesday.

India's Active caseload currently stands at 1,45,654.

Active cases stand at 0.33 percent.

Recovery Rate currently at 98.47 percent.

18,517 people recovered from the disease in the past 24 hours.

During the past 24 hours, 40 people have died due to the viral infection.
