Maharashtra reports 256 new Covid cases in 24 hours

Mumbai/UNI: Maharashtra has recorded 256 new Covid-19 cases and 2 coronavirus-related deaths, as per health bulletin Tuesday.

The state’s cumulative case tally now stands at 81,19,601 and the overall toll went up to 1,48,331.

A total of 315 patients were discharged taking overall count of recoveries to 79,67,629

The state's recovery rate stands at 98.12 per cent and fatality rate at 1.82 per cent.

As of now 3,441 patients are undergoing treatment in different hospitals, the bulletin added.
