Total positive Coronavirus cases in India rise to 184, all board examinations postponed

New Delhi/IBNS: Amid the lockdown in various cities, the total positive Novel Coronavirus cases including the cured and deaths in India rose to 184 on Thursday.

As per the government data, presently 166 people in India are infected with Coronavirus while 15 have recovered and three have lost their lives.

The three deceased, all elderly, passed away in Karnataka, Delhi and Maharashtra.

Out of all the Indian states, Maharashtra has recorded the most number of cases (46) followed by Kerala (30).

Meanwhile, all board examinations of CBSE, ISCE and ISE have been postponed over the outbreak of the deadly virus.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will at 8 pm on Thursday address the nation regarding COVID-19 and the efforts to combat the virus.

A tweet by PMO reads, "PM Shri @narendramodi will address the nation on 19th March 2020 at 8 PM, during which he will talk about issues relating to COVID-19 and the efforts to combat it."
