25% Kolkatans can buy perfect gift for moms: Poll

| | May 06, 2014, at 06:32 pm
Kolkata, May 6 (IBNS): Buying the perfect gift for your loved ones has never been easy. But when it comes down to buying a gift for our beloved mothers, how do we fare?

A recent Giftology poll conducted by Titan Watches’ shows that:

-          25% of Kolkatans can buy their mother’s that perfect gift

-          11% of Kolkata’s youth find it the hardest to buy their mother’s a gift for any occasion

-          19% of Kolkata mothers buy their kids the best gifts ever

-          An insignificant 2% of mothers in Kolkata buy their children the worst gifts

Rajan Amba, Titan’s Global Marketing & Product Head, said, “Titan Watches’ Giftology poll is an insight into the minds of the Indian youth when it comes to the art of gifting. Mothers are our closest family members, and this strong relationship enables many people in selecting a gift."

"For some, no gift might seem good enough for them. This perspective is applicable when the situation is reversed and mothers buy their children gifts.”

He further said, “The practice of gifting the perfect token of love – the art of Giftology, is a strength among mothers. Only 3% of the youth say their mothers have given them the worst gifts. The Indian youth need to put a lot more effort to buy the perfect Mother’s Day gift for the most special woman in their lives.”
